The story of the horse in the Arabic culture is thousands of years old, it is written in poetry, art, and romantic legends. This tale embraces grand historical figures, from sultans and prophets to pashas, from kings to presidents, reaching across diverse civilizations on five continents. The Arabian horses have been trusted companions to Bedouins, who created a breed known for its speed, endurance, intelligence and courage.

The reverse side of this unique bullion coin depicts a horse rearing up in a dynamic motion, and a beautiful calligraphy in a shape of an Arabian moon. A keen eye can spot the word LEGACY hiding in the delicate traditional artwork. On the obverse side you can see the motifs of an Arabian oryx and a falcon. They give a tantalising insight into the next editions of the Treasures of the Gulf series. The obverse side bears the necessary elements of a licenced bullion – the national emblem of Niue, the nominal value, and the year of issue.

This luxury bullion coin has been created in cooperation with a well-known Czech medalier Asamat Baltaev,DiS., and Emirati artist Ali Al Ali, who designed the calligraphy element.
